Our group sushi-making class is available for parties of 5 or more and takes place in an external kitchen space.

We welcome inquiries from individual guests as well as corporate clients, including travel agencies.

It’s a perfect addition to your Tokyo sightseeing itinerary as an optional tour experience.

the lecture on the history of sushi and

It's the long-awaited time of sushi making.
We will make 4 types of sushi.

Guests will make one sushi plate each and
enjoy their handmade creations. Miso soup
is included.

Menu and ingredients

We’ll make four types of sushi—nigiri, gunkan, hosomaki, and uramaki. Raw fish is included, but requests for allergies or preferences are welcome at booking.

Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel, please contact us using the inquiry form at least 7 days before the date.

Due to circumstances such as material procurement, 100% cancellation fee will be charged after this date.

If the lesson is canceled due to the organizer’s circumstances, we will refund you in full or the lesson will be rescheduled.
