The instructor is a graduate of Kindai University’s Fisheries Department, the first in the world to succeed Full-Life Cycle Aquaculture of bluefin tuna. Combined with his experience as a head chef at a sushi restaurant in Australia, TOKYO SUSHI CLASS is a unique sushi experience class where you can learn how to make authentic sushi while enjoying academic fish talk.
Sushi making experience : 8,000 yen ~
In addition to making sushi, we will also introduce you to the origins and etiquette of sushi. After the class, we will also provide support according to your requests, such as introducing you hidden tourist spots.
Authentic sushi making lesson : 20,000 yen ~
We will teach you carefully selected roll sushi that is popular among people from all over the world, so you can incorporate it into your restaurant’s menu as is.

At TOKYO SUSHI CLASS, we not only teach traditional Edomae sushi, but also aim to allow our guests to experience Japan through all five senses through the aroma of dashi, Japanese music, beautiful Japanese tableware, and more.
Location
Meet up at 'Todoroki Station' 10 minutes before the start → We will guide you to the instructor's home. Please note : There is a cat. It sleeps in the bedroom during the day, and the house is kept clean, but please be careful if you have cat allergy.
