Our Policy: Uncompromising Cultural Experience
What visitors to Japan truly seek is a meaningful encounter with its timeless traditions.
At TOKYO SUSHI CLASS, we not only teach the techniques and history of traditional Edomae sushi, but also invite you to experience the depth of Japanese culture through all five senses—through the aroma of dashi, the sounds of traditional music, and the beauty of authentic Japanese tableware.
To enhance your experience, we prepare separate sushi for the hands-on session and for tasting, so you can enjoy the warmth and delicate texture of freshly made nigiri at mealtime.
Since you’re making sushi in its birthplace—Japan—we believe the taste and atmosphere should be nothing short of authentic.
With heartfelt hospitality, we strive to make this a truly unforgettable experience.
