Menu and ingredients
We’ll make three types of sushi—nigiri, gunkan and decorative roll. Raw fish is included, but requests for allergies or preferences are welcome at booking.
Regular menu
| Language | The class is basically progressed in English, but we will also use some simple Japanese. | ||||||
| Start time | Please choose a start time from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. The sushi class takes approximately 3 hours including meal time. | ||||||
| Venue | We will visit your school. No kitchen equipment is required ; all you need is desks and chairs for the number of students. *We can arrange an external venue upon request, but the venue fee is paid by the customer. | ||||||
| Price | Total amount = Number of people × Unit price

| Payment | We will issue an invoice after the date, so please pay by bank transfer. | ||||||
| Cancellation policy | If you wish to cancel, please contact us using the inquiry form at least 7 days before the date. Due to circumstances such as material procurement, 100% cancellation fee will be charged after this date. If the lesson is canceled due to the organizer’s circumstances, we will refund you in full or the lesson will be rescheduled. |
